Learn how important financial transactions, coupled with other evidence, were key to solving the following case:
“Philip L. Rabadi, a surgical physician assistant who began working at St. Peter’s Hospital in 2019, is from Albany and attended Guilderland High School, where he was a top athlete and well-liked student, according to some of his former classmates. He graduated from the University at Albany and Albany Medical College, where he had been an honors student.” (https://www.timesunion.com/news/article/murder-philip-rabadi-new-york-17367047.php) Amid all of his accomplishments, Mr. Rabadi recently become infamous as the victim of the New Scotland murder April 13, 2022.
Speaker Bio
William DiCarlo is an investigator with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Fire Arms, having previously worked as an investigator with the Albany County District Attorney’s office and the Albany Police Department. Mr. DiCarlo has 20 years of investigative experience, specializing in the collection and forensic examination of electronic evidence. A key element of his work is evaluating financial transactions that underlie criminal activity.
